In this sense, we have established the "Information Security Basic Policy" as a guideline for implementing appropriate protection measures for the information assets handled by our company.
All employees, including the management, understand the objectives, are familiarized with and also must comply with the contents of our information security procedures, etc.

The company has established an IMS (Integrated Management System) Committee. The role of the IMS Committee is to protect the information from unauthorized disclosure, tampering and disruption of service.
4. Security Purpose
The company will ensure the implementation of various measures to establish information security and prevent security incidents from occurring.
5. Security Measures
The company shall take the most appropriate information security measures according to the information it handles.
6. Employee Duties
All employees including part-time employees should act in accordance with the "Basic Information Security Policy", "Integrated Manual", "Information Security Provisions" and "Internal Common Procedures".
If contrary, employee penalty provisions shall be applied.
7. Information Identification and Countermeasures
The IMS Committee classifies confidential information and privacy related information. The IMS Committee will take optimal information security measures to protect the identified information.
8. Personal Information Protection
The company manages personal information in accordance within guidelines (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) targeting the economic and industrial sector regarding the laws concerning the protection of personal information.
9. Confidential Information Management
The company manages confidential information of customers in accordance with the Unfair Competition Prevention Law.
10. Copyright Protection
The company manages the copyrighted work in accordance with copyright laws.
11. Promotion of Information Security
The IMS Committee shall promote information security for the company.
12. Education
Awareness and educational activities related to information security will be promoted by the IMS Committee under the direction of management.
