We not only abide by the laws related to the protection of personal information (Law No. 57 of 2003) and other Law enforcement ordinance related to the protection of personal information (Government Ordinance No. 507 of Dec. 10, 2003), but also observe the company's internal regulations of acquisition, utilization and provision of appropriate personal information in consideration with our business contents and scale.
2. Responsibility as Computer Software Practitioners
Our company will handle personal information within the scope of the customer's specified purpose of use. In addition, we will not disclose personal information provided by the customers to third parties unless there is customer consent or a reasonable reason within the purpose of use.
3. Completely Safe Management of Personal Information
Our company will keep personal information correctly and in its latest updated state and will strive to prevent personal information leakage, loss, damage etc. In addition, we will take prompt measures when these events occur and disclose the event in public.
4. Respect for The Rights of Personal Information
Our company will take a positive, honest and prompt response when we are asked to inquire, disclose, correct, or delete personal information from our customers.
5. The Personal Information Protection Management System
Our company has established a management system for personal information protection. We will make sure that the system is known to all officers and employees so that everyone will follow the rules strictly and make improvements from time to time.
